He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Umbower. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Reeseman (Laurel) of Altoona, Timothy Isenberg (Rose) of Madison, W. V., Vera Davy (John) of Burlington, W. V., Ron Newkirk and Gloria Newkirk; and his siblings' children, Johnathan Davy (Jennifer), Justin Davy, Blake Isenberg (Stephanie), Bud Umbower and Tina Umbower.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in memory of Ted, to the Duncansville VFW Post 8724, 1665 Newry Ln, Duncansville, PA 16635.
