It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Maillard of Altoona, Pennsylvania, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Maillard and Erma Maillard (Kaylor); and his brother David Maillard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Maillard (Singer); his stepdaughter Laura Shannon of Altoona; his mother-in-law Dorothy Singer of Altoona; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Singer-Little (Thomas) and Michael Singer (Jennifer). He is also survived by four cousins.

The family asks that all attending services please wear a mask due to COVID 19.
