She is survived by: her parents, Alan Simchick (Margeret "Maggie") of Johnsonburg and Susan Hanner Simchick of Williamsport; her sons, Mitchell Kephart of Johnsonburg and Jaxson Pretak of Johnsonburg; her sister Alaina Simchick of Johnsonburg; and her stepbrother Damen Ordway of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
