She was predeceased by: her parents, George Radwanski and Josephine Radwanski (Woczinski); her husband Frank Joseph Jake'; and her siblings, Mary Dombrowski, Walter and Frank Radwanski.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Miller (Tim) of West Melbourne, FL and Francis (Laurie) of Niagara Falls, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
