He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Foust, and Evelyn Foust, Jr. (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Candida "Candi" Manna; his children, Bradley Foust (Casidy) of Altoona, Ashten Foust, Colvin Foust, Kyler Foust and Briella Foust; his grandchildren, Ayvin and Isleigh; his sons, Nick and A. J. Perry; his sister Pam Lucas (Dave) of Altoona; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Moyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made in Bill's memory to: American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
