He was predeceased by: his daughter Tiffany B. Park; his grandparents, Paul, Gladys Charles, Norman and Jeanne Park; and his stepfather Dennis Dodson.
He is survived by: his parents, William N. Park Sr. (Kay) and Sherain R. "Sherry" Dodson (Charles); his children, Sabrina M. Carroll of Raleigh and William H. "Hunter" Park of Altoona; his granddaughter Addelynn; his brother Michael P. (Susie Park) of Altoona; and his close friend Kathy Luke. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
