She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. Ritchey and Martha Ritchey (Feather); her husband Donald F. Decker; and her siblings, Robert J. Ritchey, Jon Ritchey, Douglas Ritchey, Germaine Ritchey and Wanda Faye.
She is survived by: her son D. Douglas "Doug" Decker (Deborah L.) of Altoona; her grandsons, Robert Decker and Ryan Decker of Altoona; and her sisters, Flora Neal of Tyrone, Gale Clapper of Lakemont and Sherry Robeson of East Freedom.
