He is survived by: his parent Cesina Costanza (Montini); his wife Mary Ann Costanza (Bufalini); his daughter Pam "Tammy"; his children-in-law, Dave Harsch, Kenny Costanza, Stephanie Costanza, Ron Costanza and Lisa Costanza; his grandchildren, Erica, Nathan, Aaron, Marcus, Ryan, Kimberly, Lauren and Jesse; and his great grandchild Vienna Marie. He is also survived by two brothers and a sister-n-law, Joe and Sherry Costanza, and Willie Costanza; and many loving nieces and nephews.
