She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas J. Friel; her sister Lillian Gross; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Gross and Joseph Meinert. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Friel of Economy, Robert Friel (Bonnie) of North Carolina, Donald Joseph Friel (Linda) of Baden, Frederick Thomas Friel of Philadelphia and Charles Patrick Friel of Economy; her grandchildren, Matthew Friel (Nicole), Carrie Stephens Holly Friel, Dennis Leonard Daniel Friel and Donald Friel (Tracey); her great grandchildren, Chelsea Kerrick, Courtney Stephens Dillian Kerrick, Lexie Friel and Tanner Friel; and her sister Margaret Meinert of Zelienople.
