He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Haines (Peiffer) and Abram Haines; and his sister Cleo Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Abby Ross (Sean); his grandchildren, Noah and Chloe of Raleigh, NC; his brother Owen Haines; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
