He is survived by: his partner Majid; his siblings, Nicole, Jacques and Guy; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Olivier, Noyale, Hervé, Timothé, Julien, Bérengère, Charlotte and Guyonne.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to one or more of the following Philadelphia arts organizations, which he loved and recognized in his will: The Philadelphia Orchestra, The Opera Company of Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Arden Theatre Company.
