It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Smith of Ashfield, Pennsylvania, born in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Marie Smith (Pecha); his parents, Norman Sr. Smith and Pauline Smith (Hawk); his stepsons, Todd S. Greene of Ashfield and Scott H. Greene (Sarah) of Kunkletown; his siblings, Norman Smith Jr. (Loretta) of Ashfield and Patsy Dieter of Ashfield; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Greene, Hunter Greene, Devin Greene, Nathan Greene, Harley Greene, Lee Greene, Kaley Greene and Kara Greene.
He was pre-deceased by brother's Terry 'Pee-Wee" Smith and Dale Smith. Funeral Services will be private in accordance with the wishes of the family and in consideration of the COVID pandemic.
