He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Mannion Halko; his wife Shirley Kane Halko; his children, Kathryn Halko and Joseph Jr.; his spouse Marian Halko; his grandchildren, Jennifer Burke of Joseph Halko, Janice Burke, Katie Halko Chuma, Will Halko, Luke Halko and Sadie Halko; his great grandchildren, Aiden Burke, Breelynn Burke and Knox Chuma; and also, Debra (Tom), Pud, Palewicz, Bill (Patricia Halko) and Anna Mae Doyle DeLozier.
