It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Harter (Ashland, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Harter and Orpha Kehler Harter; and his brother Lewis Harter. He is survived by: his wife Kay Tobias Harter; his daughters, Wanda (David Chapman) and Denise (John Brown); his siblings, Charles Harter (Mary Ludwig), Carol (Wally Fetterolf), Brenda (Barry Spieles), Debbie (Gary Leib) and Beth (Michael Ploxa); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Chevy Harter, Nick, Justin, Jake Chapman, Dallas, Jack and Scarlet Brown.
