He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Adkins and Josephine Adkins; and his grandchild Dominick A. DiGiacomo. He is survived by: his wife Pauline M. Adkins; his children, Robert Lee Bowden and Brenda Sue DiGiacomo; his siblings, Kenneth Adkins and Diane Rausch; his granddaughter Amanda Corner; and his great grandchildren, Mariah A. DiGiacomo and Dominick A. DiGiacomo, Jr..
