He is survived by: his daughter Lori Mon (Scott); his siblings, Jim Bostwick (Patty) and Fay Blair; his siblings' children, Mark Bostwick (Tracey) and Jamie Bostwick; and his grandchildren, Mirabella, Sophia, Willow, Eric and Marannda.
