She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kowalewski and Anna Kowalewski (Sawicki); her husband John; her son Mark A. Zukowski; and her siblings, Edward Kowalewski M. D. and Dorothy Rupp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Prorock (Robert) of Aston and Jane Innes (Kahle) of Orange County; her grandchildren, Keith Prorock (Lori) of Media, Eric Prorock (Melissa) of Garnet Valley, Kody Innes of Virginia Beach, Kira Innes of Los Angeles and Denise Passerini (Tony) of Oxford; her great grandchildren, John Prorock, Justin Prorock, Vincent Passerini and Matthew Passerini; and her sister Maria Denise. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and her dear friend.
