He was predeceased by: his parents, Dawson Sr. Butler and Louisa Gillette Butler; his close friend Elizabeth "Kiki" Sliter; and his sister Dawn Butler. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Renee Will (David), Cherie DeHaven and Diane Fleischmann; his sibling's children, Patty Clay, Jodi Woods, Amy Gregory, Shannon Wolinski and Jesse Gregory; and his brother-in-law John Cieslak (Donna).
Interment will take place at Edgewood Memorial Park in Glen Mills, PA.In lieu of flowers, donations in Tuck's memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research at http://www.michaeljfox.org.
