He is survived by: his wife Joan Palmore Keen; his children, Deborah Kime (Bryan), Donna Simon (Robert), David Keen (Barbara) and Dianna Delia (Darin); and his brother Charles Keen. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
