She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Howley and Dorothy "Dot" Howley (Davis); and her brother Andrew Howley. She is survived by: her siblings, Clare E. Zimmer, Mary Ellen Howley and Barbara Stant of Wilmington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
