He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Modesto McVey; his children, Francis "Fran" McVey (Michele), Michael McVey (Jodi) and Matthew McVey (Melanie); his grandchildren, Kayla, Michael, Francis, Kassidy, Patrick, Andrea, Ashley, Matthew, Jordana, Chase, Maria and Maverick; his siblings, Albert McVey (Ellen), Jane Blome, Marie Santosusso and Christine Sakers; and his siblings-in-law, Charli Modesto Hall and Charles C. Modesto (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
