She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella and George Shahadi, Sr.; her husband Robert L. Olejniczak; her son Scott Olejnicak; and her brother George Shahadi, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Olejniczak (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nicole and Austin Olejniczak; her sister Patricia Shahadi Evans; and her niece Kelly Evans Catoia.
