He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Hitch Phillips and Albert Williams Van Zandt; and his brother Dr. W. Robert Van Zandt. He is survived by: his wife Jane Collins; John C. Collins (Marianne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home (3551 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
