She was predeceased by: her parents, William I. Murray and Alice A. Murray (Lilley); and her brother William Murray Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James L. Frye; her daughter Connie Wagner (David); her grandson James Wagner; and her sisters, Mary Creamer and Rose Biddle.

In lieu of flowers, Ruby's wishes were for memorial donations to be made to her grandson, James D. Wagner in c/o Sun East Federal Credit, P.O. Box 2231, Aston, PA 19014, Account # 10000026763.
