It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Probert-Thornton (Aston, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Machamer and Joseph Probert (late Joseph F. Thornton, Sr.); and her brother Harry. She is survived by: her brother Robert Probert; her children, Susan Probert, Marie Thornton (Jerry) and Joseph Thornton, Jr. (Elaine); her grandchildren, Brittany (John), Tiffany (Charles), Jamie (Song), Chelsea (Ryan), Timmy, Joey, Josh (Natalie), Jessie and Naomi; her great grandchildren, Tania, Ayden, Keyon, Traevin, Aryanna, Blaine, Zayden, Cassidy, Illeah, Tayanna, Alexander, Alaina, Zeonna, Ryan, Wyatt, Marla, Kera (Rice) and Ivy; and her aunt Patricia Shirey. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
