She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement E. Terry III and Sadie Smith Terry; her sister Charmane Terry; her granddaughter Bryanna Marie Terry; and her daughter-in-law Amy M. Terry.

She is survived by: her husband William J. Mader, Sr.; her children, Sean M. Terry, Shannon Mader and William "Billy" Mader Jr.; her sisters, Deborah Modelski (Stanley) and Colleen M. Terry; and her grandchildren, Lamarr, Sean, Mareese, Gianna, Jackson, Tyrone, Sadie and Tyleah.
