He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McCormick and Mary K. McCormick (Butters); and his brother Joseph F. McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Theresa R. McCormick; his pets, Kindle and Angel; and his brother John McCormick (Mamie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
