He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Hoops (Whitmore); his grandchildren, Stephen Hoops (Dale) and Jaimie Nichols (Dwight); his brother Truman Whitmore (Bernice); and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Joshua, Zachary, Abigail, Sky, Moose and Ivy.
