She was predeceased by: her former husband Carl Adamek Sr.; her husband Rudolph Boris; and her brother Edward Oxner. She is survived by: her sons, Carl F. Adamek Jr. (Patricia Joann), Jeffrey F. Adamek (Maureen) and Stephan K. Adamek (Patricia Ann); her grandchildren, David, Lauren, Justin, Daniel and Jeffrey; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Maci Lee.
