He was predeceased by: his siblings, Emory, Myrtle, Margaret, Edith, Marian and Georgia; and his daughter-in-law Catherine Biza Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Winifred Brown; his children, William Allen and Debra Agnew (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Tasey Baggerly (Chad), Tara Agnew, Tony Allen and Katie Allen; his great grandchildren, Skilur, Areyonna, Oliver and Zariah; and his sisters, Arlene Sinsabaugh and Eleanor Depew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
