With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Wind (Auburn, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 19, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Wind and Ester Ritter Wind; his wife Elizabeth (Betti); his sisters, Serene Thompson, Clarice Bluttal, Blanche Wind and Ruth Dworin; his son Randall (Leslie) of Ormond Beach; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Samu-Wind (Brian) of Vincentown, N. J., Ben Wind (Pamela) of Windsor, Jennifer Wind of Ormond Beach, Thadius Wind of Palm Coast and Kyle Wind (Allyson) of Dickson City. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charitable cause benefiting veterans in his honor.
