It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Romano of Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Hurrell and Elizabeth Hurrell (Smith); and her siblings, Richard, Daniel, Patricia and Sally.
She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Romano; her children, James W. Law, Marcia M. Corropolese (Joseph) and Katie J. McGrier (Jerry); her siblings, Bradford Hurrell and Elizabeth Haas; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica, Nicholas, Harper and Hudson; her great grandchild Charlie; and her pet Georgi.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Volpe Funeral Home and Cremation Services (707 W Germantown Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Catherine's name to your local SPCA, ACTS, or the Spina Bifida Association.
