She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair and Dorothy Larue Smith (Stuchell); her husband Bradley F. Fairbanks; her daughter Christy Mae Fairbanks; her siblings, Blaine, Jake, Homer Smith, Betty Deyarmin, Thelma Smith, Arlene Cloutier and Sandy Cornman; and her mother-in-law Janet Mae Fairbanks.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Ivan Fairbanks (Nancy) of Florida, Sherry Lynn Briscoe (Tony) of Aultman and Mac Aaron Fairbanks (Missy) of Aultman; and her siblings, John Smith (Carol), Mary Lou Mauk (Jim) and Arvilla Koren. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
