He is survived by: his parents, Ira Grant and Theodosia Grant; his sisters, Janet Diaz and Pauline Duguay; his children, Rear Admiral Rick and Debra Moon (Dale Moon); his grandchildren, Michele Lamkin, Eric W. Grant (Sara Grant), Stephen Grant Jr. (Tiffany Grant) and Anneliese Grant; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy E. Moon, James Lamkin, Hannah Lamkin, Hunter Grant, Anna Katherine Grant, Ashley Grant, Luke Grant and Amelie Grant.
