He was predeceased by : his father Richard Elwood; and his sister Bonnie Henry. He is survived by : his mother Sally Kustaborder Henry, Sr.; his sons, Phillip, Brent and T. J. Henry; his siblings, Richard, Jr., Robert, Barry, Jeff Henry, Melody Wright and Carol Heverly; his granddaughter Eliana Henry; and his mother-in-law Dianne Bilbay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
