He was predeceased by : his former life partner Theresa Bertolini. He is survived by : his wife Ninetta Bertolini; his children, Rosemary Polomski (Joseph), Donna Ramage (Russell) and Stephen J. Bertolini; and his stepchildren, William Gonnelli (Julie) and Rosemary Smith (Ron).
