He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Pulpan, Sr. and Mary B. Pulpan (Kvaternik); his wife Barbara; and his sister Josephine Herrold. He is survived by: his siblings, Sylvia Waldenmyer and Edward Pulpan (Janice); his sons, Tyler Pulpan of Cranberry Twp and Shawn Pulpan (Heather) of Robinson Twp; and his grandson Benjamin.
Due to the health concerns of Covid-19, family and friends will meet Thursday for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Baden.
