It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Lapyczak Jr. (Baden, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Sr and Joan; his sister Jennifer Lapyczak; his son Hunter; and also Des.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests material contributions be made to the Beaver County Humane Society in Jake's name.
