He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kowal and Emily Lubic Kowal; and his brother Sam Kowal. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Constantino Kowal; his children, Jeffrey Kowal (Janet), Jill Henretty (Neil) and Jennifer Kowal; his grandchildren, Bobby Lee (Ashley), Blake Michael (Morgan), Johnny and Joann; his great grandchild Gannon; and his sister Barbara Marsilio (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
