It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi C. Howell (Baden, Pennsylvania), born in Ivydale, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mothers, Holly R. Lowers and Lora Lowers (Cart). She is survived by: her children, Donna Harbein and David Howell of Baden; her stepchildren, Millie Rae Eaton, Terry Lynn Creese and Herbert Howell of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Shakira Simmers, Skylar Harmon and Maxwell Howell; and her siblings, B. K. Stewart of Virginia, Grover Lowers (Gloria) of Ellwood City and Owen Lowers (Sandy) of Fombell. She is also survived by three step grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
