She was predeceased by : her parents, Kleeman Brosey and Verna Brosey (Sipling). She is survived by : her husband Paul Loucks; her son Michael Loucks of Bainbridge; her grandsons, Kade and Beckett Loucks; and her brother Kenneth D. Brosey (Linda) of Bainbridge.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Kathleen's name may be made to the Bainbridge Church of God.
