We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Schafer Jr. of Bangor, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Bell (Halsted) and Joseph A. Schafer, Sr.; his brother Christopher Schafer; and his niece Heather. He is survived by : his wife Cathy Schafer (Runyon); his children, Katie Runyon, Amanda Caswell, Robert Schafer, Eric Chirco and Steven Chirco; his sister Maria Santiago; and his nieces, Jessica Szmak, Ashlee, Alyssa and Amanda.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Schafer Family, C/O the Funeral Home 4 Lillian Lane Bangor, PA 18013.
