He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller Sr. and Carol Slater Miller. He is survived by: his brothers, John Miller Jr. and Jason Miller; his daughters, Caitlyn Miller and Tessa Miller; and his stepchildren, Bailey Mills and Mikhayla Nash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and his loyal and loving girlfriend.
