With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Hazen (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 19, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husbands, George J. Herko, Jr. and Russell E. Hazen, Sr.; and her siblings, Valeria Neal, Mary Popoff, Jennie Grala, Elaine Yarzebinski, Daniel Fenechi, Jr., Earl Fenechi and George Fenechi.
She is survived by: her children, Georgia Servick (Robert) of Wayne Twp and Dennis Herko (Mary) of Kentucky; her stepchildren, Patricia Clacomb (Conrad) of Butler, Russell E. Hazen (Karen) of Beaver Falls, Donald L. Hazen of Florida and Gary Hazen; and her sister Martha Henry of New Castle. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
