She was predeceased by: her parent Alva N.; and her husband Joseph J. Portka Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Darkey (Wolfe); her children, Karen Stewart of New Brighton, Gary Portka (Debbie) and Lori Mangicaro (Jay) of Asheville, N. C.; her brother Robert E. Darkey (Janet); her brother-in-law Edward J. Portka (Linda); and also, Waldorf, Ross Twp and Fayetteville.
In lieu of flowers, the family wish memorials be made in her name to your favorite charity.
