She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leheny and Jane Leheny; and her son Asa. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Leah Miller (Jim), Jodi Paulovich and Jeremiah Paulovich (Christina); her daughter-in-law Marlaina Paulovich (Caputo); her grandchildren, Sophia, Emmanuel, King James, Asa Miller and Eliana Paulovich; and her brother John Dennis Leheny (Susan).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Maranatha Chapel, 16980 Annesley Rd, Glenmoor, OH, 43920.
