He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa; and his parents, John Stack and Lois Stack (Sally). He is survived by: his children, Bruce Stack (Felicia) and Sarah Stack; his grandchildren, Dahlia, Jordan and Bella Stack; his mother-in-law Shirley L. Hayden-Pinaire; his siblings, John Stack, Mary Lou Van Orden (Drew) and Charles Stack (Rosalind); and his parents-in-law, Bill Hayden (Susan), Bob Hayden (Kate), John Hayden (Kathie), Frank Hayden (Noreen), Patrick Hayden, Gregory Hayden (Tanya) and Anne Fagioli (Bob). He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews.
