He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Elliott and Ella Lee Durmon Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Carol Woleslagle Elliott; and his siblings, Linda Kennedy, Barbara Prasco, Cindy Eaton, Pamela Jackson and Lee Elliott. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
