He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Clark and Eliza Clark (Sallis); and his grandson Charles E. Clark III. He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Clark; his stepchildren, Denise (John) of Washington, Michael Walton (Carole), Renee Littlejohn (Jerome) and John Walton (Martha); and his brother Gil Clark (Margaret). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family visitation and service was held with Elder Jerome Littlejohn officiating.
