He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene, Sr.; and his siblings, Maryann Kerns, Jack Palmer, Greg Palmer and Nancy Clark.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Palmer (Stock); his wife Mildred Palmer (Atkinson); his son Mark Palmer of Beaver Falls; his daughter-in-law Joie Palmer of Beaver Falls; his daughter Christina Elizabeth McClester of Maryland; his grandchildren, Madelyn McClester, Wyatt McClester, Benjamin Palmer and Jeremiah Palmer; and his siblings, Byron Palmer (Evelyn), Paula Alaicia and Nora Kasarea.
